From Tad & Craig:
"Greetings Fellow Gamer and Relaxation Enthusiast!

By now we are sure you have received at least one mailing from us about our impending Labor Day convention: Tad and Craig's Excellent Party 11: It's a Tad, Tad, Tad, Tad World. We all hope that you will grace us with your presence at our annual convention in Herndon, Virginia this year! As usual, we will run over the four day holiday which, this year, is September 3rd through September 6th at the Dulles Airport Days Hotel in Herndon, VA.

We need to warn you that our fabulously low price of $30 per person for a full weekend of fun will soon rise to $40. You have to postmark your registration form by July 31st, 2004 to get our $30 rate. Even better, you can now register online, via PayPal, at http://www.barkingmad.org/events-tcep11-register.shtml ! Also, you need to book your hotel rooms ASAP as they will release our block very shortly. You can call the hotel at 703.471.6700 and ask for the Barking Mad room rate.

Exciting news! You can earn a discount, up to the full price of your membership! For every new member you bring to the convention you earn a $5 discount off your membership! It must be someone who has never attended one of our conventions before for you to qualify. Details on our web site!

What will we be doing all weekend? Glad you asked! You can check our web site http://www.barkingmad.org/ for up-to-the-minute news on planned events, but we can give you a little taste now:

* Friday Sushi Feast and Carnivore Party - once again Tad will lead the attack on Hama Sushi for a fine dinner, while Craig takes the carnivores to assault a non-fish eating establishment. The price of these dinners is not included in your membership and you must pre-reg and pre-pay via our web site. The form will be available online by August 1, 2004.

* Game tournaments: Lunch Money, Nuclear War, Illuminati and more!

* Our Fabulous con suite with hot, fresh baked bread!

* The hotel's excellent indoor pool and hot tub

* And much, much more!

Thanks for reading this and we hope to see you at the con!

- Tad & Craig -"

From Greyhawk:

Now, let me add my own fun to this...

I have already secured a few of the top prizes for two of our weekend long tournaments.

--> Button Men Tournament: A set of the Limited Edition Button Men from Origins 2004 (Reggie, Rold & Delt), and a set of the Nodwick Button Men (produced by Fourth Blade Games)

--> Lost Worlds Tournament: A copy of the convention edition of the Amara Wintersword Lost Worlds Book, autographed by the model Calye Calhoun.

I hope to get more cool prizes as the weeks go by.

And I am ALWAYS looking for people to run games. Please, Please, PLEASE let me know if you want to run something. I am especially looking for people to run HeroClix and Pirates of the Spanish Main events. E-mail Greyhawk here...

From myself:

I plan to be there the entire weekend
running Steve Jackson Games stuff and various German-esque games.
