For any Discordians that don't read tyrsalvia (and why aren't you?), she's posted details about Robert Anton Wilson's memorials which are President's Day weekend in California - likely to be the largest Discordian gathering ever. Yes, it's the same time as Drink Deep and Katsucon, sorry.

Have there been that many anti-war assemblies in the DC area over the past year or so? It seems as though I've heard of.. well.. none. It seems surprising, really--given the country's sentiments regarding the war. But I'm glad they're having one at last.

No, at least not large ones, DC had cracked down pretty hard on the last big WTO/IMF one, so maybe folks were intimidated? I don't know.
