sights early this morning from the train

A bunch of guys in camouflage with machine guns jogging through the woods on the C&O Canal trail.

Wondering if The Initiative has moved to Maryland.

I think they were military. The camo seemed uniform-ish and there were at least 20 of them. I didn't really get a good look at the guns, they may have been assault rifles - they were black and look like they had more parts than your typical hunting rifle.
