Machine guns? or rifles? Did they look as if they *ought* to be wearing camo, or as if they ought to be wearing feed caps, t-shirts, and bluejeans with suspenders? Old-style black/green/brown camo or the new digital camo?
Maybe they're Minnesota deer hunters looking for a more friendly venue. :-)
I think they were military. The camo seemed uniform-ish and there were at least 20 of them. I didn't really get a good look at the guns, they may have been assault rifles - they were black and look like they had more parts than your typical hunting rifle.
