In another sign that it is getting chilly in hell . . .
wylddelirium has convinced me to run a LARP.

It's still in the very early planning stages, details are here.

Edit: Now we even have dates, Sept 8-10, 2006.

Ya know... Depending on where and when this runs, I might be interested in joining. I keep saying I need to try out a Changeling game. :-)
