For those that have heard of/seen the TV show The Swan: please, for the love of God, do not read this. I fear for your sanity. If you choose to read anyway, don't say I didn't warn you.

Um ... shouldn't you change your post to read those that are fans of the show shouldn't read it?

I've heard of the show, thought it was dumb as hell, and not surprised at all of your friend's revelations that it's hyped up.

Then again, when we get those ads for the Washington Post that say, "the answers may surprise you," my response always is, "no they won't."

I'm going with the assumption that no one on my friends list would actually *like* the show (though there may be some that would watch it out of some sick fascination with seeing train wrecks in motion).

i find it interesting that it supposedly has such high ratings, but no one i know actually admits to watching it regularly!

someone must be. or they've figure out a way to fake out neilsen.
