- EPA establishes new rule on what waters are covered by the Clean Water Act - most news articles are calling this a repeal of the Obama-era Waters of the U.S. rule, but that is misleading since the Obama rule never went into effect, it's been blocked by court challenges ever since it was made, there is no rule currently in effect that explicitly defines what waters are covered (source).
