my parents went live last june & were forced to be on vista.

So I fell back & punted to tech support's golden rule - always have a copy of your user's hardware & image.

IOW, I made them by me a copy of their computer & software.

Saturday, I get to go and see what they've done to it over the course of the year & do a tune up.
