My vote would be the Historical Illuminatus Chronicles starting with "The Earth Will Shake". His non-fiction tends to be pretty repetitive, if you read "The Illuminati Papers" and "Cosmic Trigger" you've read them all.
Masks of the Illuminati. At least that's the order I read them in (I!, SC, Masks of the I!). Really helped me understand some of his less-fiction material. (And who can't like a mystery involving Joyce, Freud, and Crowley).
