i'm just now reading snowcrash, but finding him to be a really good author. of course, i haven't finished it and i've been told that his endings kind of fall apart.
His endings don't fall apart as much as they are abrupt. I think he gets this awesome story going and then doesn't know where to take it, so he just ends the book. Still one of my favorite authors despite that.
