Patriot Act abuse in Harrisonburg

A report of the FBI abusing the Patriot Act in their dealings with a Kurdish family in Harrisonburg, VA. - thanks to chuck_lw for the link.

I did some googling and could not find any confirmation of this - any of my friends with Harrisonburg connections know anything more?

I can't find anything apparently relevant under Kurd in the last 6 mos. I'm not paying $2.95 to double check though.

If you go back to maxspeak.org, there are now two confirming links from the Federal Attorney's office giving their side of the story. Also, I live and work in Harrisonburg, and I remember the original story in the paper--just a rehash of the "official" line (i.e., as usual, no research from the DNR reporters)
