Because I'm pretty sure you're the only Republican on my friends list - thought you'd appreciate the pot shot at the dems :-) hmmm, obviously need more Vodka.
I try to maintain a non-partisan profile on LJ, though. Too many people on both sides are ready to leap into any argument.
I think my only recent political post was in support of the Supreme Court overturning the sodomy laws -- and I only did that because I was able to make a joke from it.
