To elaborate on Kmusser's response -- this con typically is very freeform. Much of it revolves around boardgames being piled up on shelves or in large tote boxes and someone saying "I want to play... THIS" and then gathering people for it. Tabletop Role Playing happens, but it's never really been a focus.
A few 'standard' events on the schedule might give you an idea of the convention as a whole:
Friday night - Sushi at a local Sushi Bar, or some other meat eating thing for the fish-phobic. This is somewhat analagous to 'opening ceremonies', only there's food there. (Each guest prepays for their own food, tax and tip are included in the ordering process and tend towards the generous side since we are kind of taking over their restaurant).
midnight every night: POKER -- nickel/dime/quarter, quarter limit, 3 raise limit, dealer calls the game poker. It's not high stakes, it's not high stress, it's just a game and an excuse to totally mess up your sleep schedule.
Saturday - A LARP of some kind in the eveningish hours, usually right after whenever lunch or dinner would be so people don't get all hungry and stuff. This usually requires signing up ahead to be assigned a character, etc, etc, etc.
Sunday - Another LARP of some kind, usually having absolutely nothing to do with the first LARP, and neither have anything to do with White Wolf.
Sunday night - Traditional game of ILLUMINATI - One with Everything. Why Sunday? So Australia is always double defense (which happens on weekends and holidays).
Various other events pop up, are posted and if it's different, it's generally worth trying out.
