We should play a game of Mornington Crescent. As always I use the Discordian rules. Thanks to Fuzz for the suggestion.

For the opening move in this 7/7/2005 memorial game:

Tavistock Square

Edit: Wow, I didn't expect this caliber of play. I lost my Internet connection shortly after starting the game and I finally get back to see championship level moves. Well done all.

Waterloo (via the W&C line); all bombed stations in knip for 3 rounds

But by Mortimer's second amendment you can't do that. You'd have to straddle first, or else you'd be declaring Parson's Green By Proxy...

As per the Lower Snodbury convention, a left-handed shunt via the W&C counts as a straddle when security alerts are in play.

Ohhhh, I thought we were playing by the OFFICIAL Discordian Rules, not the New International Discordian.
In that case - Chalk Farm

In which case,
Notting Hill Gate (it'll serve)

Btw, what do the rules say on playing ghost stations?

Gospel Oak.
That depends - are we allowing shunting to take place even when in knip, or only after straddling?

I don't understand this (and I know only enough about the game to know I don't really understand it), but I'm giggling like a maniac anyway. I hope that's a good thing.

Get hold of a copy of the rulebook

I thnk what I mostly don't understand is that people like you who hate London still know names of tube stations.

Also, I tried Googling for Mornington Crescent and didn't get anywhere. :-)

Find my copy of the rulebook. It should be between my copies of The Necronomicon and The Mystery Of Edwin Drood on the bookshelf.

Yeah, it was supposed to say "Mornington Crescent rulebook," but I guess I forgot the last word...good thing you always know what I'm talking about.

I imagine typically in knip only after straddling, but otherwise following the Orpington Convention.

Anyway, Finkenwaldstraße (German rules apply (http://homepage.univie.ac.at/horst.prillinger/blog/archives/2004/04/000531.html) for next 3 moves.)

Dollys Hugel
However, switching to German rules means that since there are currently two Andrews playing, I can use the Doppelganger clause to mean that *I* am out of the Dollis Hill loop while you are now in it.

So we're onto double-threaded play. In that case I invoke the Parallel Universes Clause of the 1802 Amended rulebook:

York Road, York Road... ah, but you didn't specify the switchback, did you?
