I think it is a valid issue but the whole online petition thing gets me. No government office that I know of recognizes these things. Does this mean we may see Bush held accountable for taking us to war?

Yes it's a valid issue. But I wouldn't hold your breath. Nobody's gonna be held accountable save for a few sacrificial goats. Count on it.
