Directly, no there isn't. A DSL line is not a dialup connection, not even a digital one like ISDN. It's a logical data circuit that connects only you and your ISP, and no one else.
There are internet fax services like eFax (http://www.efax.com/), however.
Now you can send a fax over the same phone line that your DSL connection is on. It's be the same as putting in one of the filters and your voice phone. You can not, however, send a fax over the DSL connection itself unless you use some type of service like efax.
If one has a reasonable quality fax machine, and the appropriate filters in place, you can still send faxes over the same line.
And, if one hooks it up just so, you can hook your computer's dial-up modem to the same phone line and send faxes out that way.
Er, the point being, you can't send faxes over DSL, but you should, in theory (if everything is filtered right), be able to send over the same phone line.
Heh. I used to be ELNK tech support. Before they laid me off. But that's another rant, entirely.
