kmusserYesterday morning several hundred folks gathered in a park preparing for the anti-IMF/World Bank protests were arrested. Most of the Pagans planning on participating in this weekends protests were cought up in the arrests. I'm very upset about this. These folks were not breaking any laws, the protests had not even begun yet. The police arrested them because they *MIGHT* obsruct traffic. There is a good account of the arrests at http://www.washingtonpost.com/ from two Post reporters that got arrested. As of this morning most of the Pagan folks are still in jail.
