Psi Corp on the Enterprise

A friend mentioned that when he thinks of Walter Koenig he thinks of his role as Bester on Babylon 5. This becomes interesting when watching old Star Trek shows and you start to wonder if Chekov had some sort of ulterior motive. We know Psi Corp wouldn't let the Enterprise take off exploring the universe without someone on board.

I saw a rarely bad fanfic once that had Bester escape from the B5 universe and end up hiding out as Chekhov.

Unfortunately, given the relative ages of the two characters, it should have been the other way around, but still...
