Unfortunately or fortunately this scene really defies description. It's an alternative Council of Elrond scene that is very *wrong* and very funny. It was originally aired on MTV as a LOTR spoof so it may be out there on the web somewhere.

Oh lord THAT One....Hexar and I saw that one together, its got Jack Black and Sarah Michelle Geller in it. hahaha!!! Thanks for reminding me, I needed a good laugh, as I am about to go into work. =)
