• Postmaster fires or demotes 23 USPS executives, consolidating power around himself (source).
  
• DJT issues an executive order and a series of memo regarding Covid-19 relief, the legal authority of the orders is questionable, so it's unclear whether they'll actually go into effect or not. They include diverting FEMA funds in order to extend unemployment benefits, extending a moratorium on evictions, and a deferment on paycheck contributions to medicare and social security until next year (source).
