Congress passes Omnibus Spending package, there is a lot in there, too much to easily sum up, suffice to say it's a mixed bag - it is the most comprehensive budget package since DJT has been elected and prevents the repeated shutdown threats for a full fiscal year. It also completely ignores DJT's requested budget (source, another take, also mostly pro-science, health care impacts).
