Burkittsville, MD has a neat 18th century style "general store" that has all sorts of stuff that might be of interest to re-enactors and faire folk. It's the only store in town so you should be able to find it.

They actually hate that movie. A lot of people tromping around in their little town looking for something that doesn't exist. Someone even stole their 'Welcome to Burkittsville' sign. Bastards.

But it's a nice little town.

Weird, I've lived in Brunswick since I was 15 and never knew about that store.

I think it's new. A coworker of mine that lives in Middletown mentioned it opening up and said I'd probably like it. She was right :-)

Okay, I feel lots better. Coming from Brunswick, when you get to the stop sign, is it a left or right? I'd be interested in giving it a look see.
