More upcoming events:

This weekend if people are looking for yet another Pagan festival to go to there is the NSVPA MidSummer Festival near Winchester. I might stop by just because it's so close.

Also the McArgh trip up to the Sterling Renaissance Faire in upstate New York is July 9-10th. Sam and I aren't going this year, but if any of you are interested I can put you in touch with the organizer. Lodging is only $75 for a whole weekend of faire goodness.

The faire in Sterling is VERY VERY good. The vendors are all reasonably priced and great merchandise; the shows are fantastic (my fav is Don Juan and Miguel). Definately something to consider going to, for those that have time this summer.

(And with the length of the trip, I can understand why it's "McArgh" ;) )

Oh, man, I used to go to Sterling every dang summer when I lived in NY (I grew up about an hour north). Too bad I don't think it's in the cards for me this year.

Since I most likely will be missing Celtic Fling at PARF this year, I'm looking at alternatives, and this looks good...

Yeah, the NSVPA Midsummer should be really cool. They're having a bunch of workshops, activities, over 30 vendors, and there should be some good drum circles. Plus, we're playing, along with four other bands. ;)
