So I fumbled my Lift Heavy Objects roll on Friday and got myself a sprained ankle, will be mostly out of comission for awhile. Still planning on going out to Minnesota though.
Take really good care of it and don't push it! People seem to think that sprained ankles are little nothing injuries, but if they don't heal right, you just keep getting them and getting them until the tendons in your ankle are about as strong as al dente noodles.

Well, after reading Seraphbriar's message I guess you should follow Dingo's advice!! Seraph has a hot avatar and thus must speak the truth!!!! I don't know what al dente noodles are, but you probably don't want tendons similar to them!
