Saw two bald eagles on the way home yesterday - nesting just east of Point of Rocks on the north side of the Potomac. Yay.
Ooooh neat! My mom's SO lives on Whidbey Island, in Puget Sound (about 45 mintes-an hour from Seattle), and there are always eagles around there. We usually see a couple chilling on the pilings off the beach near his place. :-) Haven't seen any around here yet though...
