Weekend report

Friday went to see the The Dreamscapes Project. Getting there and back was rather miserable between the weather and the traffic, but the concert itself was excellent. Also got to see theshaggyfreak, palefenix, and torena there.

Saturday I went to the Potomac Celtic Festival as planned. Weather was perfect, music was great. Got to look at lots of pretty stuff that I can’t afford. Did buy lots of music. New music most impressed by: Slainte Mhath - you celtic rock fans should definitely check them out. As always love getting to see Tinsmith, like their new lineup. Now they just need to record a new album. :-) Saw many fairefolk that I haven’t seen since faire. Also saw deza and tall_man. *waves* Definitely made me excited about faire - only 4 weeks till my next faire fix.

Sunday went back to the fest in the morning to listen to more Tinsmith. Somehow managed to miss the hordes of people from my friends list that were there. Did poke my head into Esoterica to say hi to seraphbriar. *Waves* Around 1 headed back to assist in ani_moore’s “clean sweep” of zammis’ place. faireraven helped too. Yay. Ani is awesome, I bow before her organizational powers. Afterwords had yummy Indian food. Sincerely apologies to sagemcargh about the casualty.
